"Firestop Konstrukcije", leading domestic contractor and manufacturer of fireproof coatings, won international award

Belgrade-based company "Firestop Konstrukcije" won special "International construction Award" in Madrid, which is granted by foundation "Trade leaders club", in the competition with over 10,000 companies from 120 countries. At the Awards ceremony, Filip Čubrić, the co-owner of "Firestop Konstrukcije", also received "Global quality management" award for the business excellence of general manager.

As Filip Čubrić explained, the earlier laureates of that award are "Delta Maxi", "Beogradske elektrane", "Nis Jugopetrol", "Pepsi Srbija".

Company "Firestop Konstrukcije" is, by the way, the leading domestic contractor and manufacturer, in association with paint and lacquer factory "Pitura", of expanding fireproof coatings "FireS" that are used for protection of steel, wood and concrete structures, smoke and vent canals, electric cables, as well as the exclusive agent of company "Kingspan" for the products of building thermo-insulation and preinsulated canals for the markets of Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Republic of Srpska and Croatia.

Members of the "Trade leaders club" association nominate companies for the prestigious awards in the field of products and services in order for successful companies from all over the world to connect, exchange experiences and promote exceptional results from their fields.

The Awards ceremony was held in the presence of the representatives of the Government of Spain, the members of diplomacy and respectable guests from economic and cultural milieu.

In addition to this award, company "Firestop" will receive another two significant international awards in March 2010 in Berlin. International SME promotion association "Otherways International Management and Consulting", recognized the quality of products and services of company "Firestop Konstrukcije" and granted "The Global Award for Perfection, Quality & Ideal Performance" and "Total Quality Customer Satisfactions" award to that company.

Filip Čubrić points out that "Firestop Konstrukcije" was given the award by that international association because of high-quality approach to technological innovations, professional work with the third persons, as well as because of the quality of services.

- We are doing our best to use the knowledge and new technology to penetrate new markets, so that our products have already reached the Republic of South Africa, United Arab Emirates, Spain, Austria – said Čubrić and pointed out that the company's products were environment-friendly and energy-saving.

Company "Firestop Konstrukcije" has recently signed the contract with "Galloway Group" from Scotland, European leader in production of smoke and vent systems and their protection by means of fireproof coatings. These two companies signed the partnership contract for the market of Southeast Europe.
