Joint venture formed by Novi Pazar, Kraljevo and German "Medsorga" - 300m EUR for construction of recycling factory and landfill refurbishment

Mayors of Novi Pazar and Kraljevo, Meho Mahmutović and Ljubiša Simonović, respectively, have signed the Protocol with German corporation "Medsorga" on construction of the waste recycling factory in Kraljevo and refurbishment of the landfills on the territory of the two cities.

Novi Pazar, Kraljevo and "Medsorga" have formed a joint venture, 51% of which and the majority in the administrative board will belong to the two cities. The works that are included in the Protocol on cooperation are worth about 300m EUR. German company estimates that between 12 and 15 MW of energy can be produced from the waste that is created on the territories of Novi Pazar and Kraljevo.
