Adria Airways Brand Name up for Sale – Initial Price EUR 100,000

The brand name of the Slovenian airline carrier Adria Airways has been put up for sale at the initial price of EUR 100,000. The deadline for the submission of binding bids is July 6. However, the deadline can be extended, as physical access to the documentation related to the brand is not possible at the moment, due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The former owner of Adria Airways, 4K Invest, sold the Adria brand to a related company from Malta in 2016 for EUR 8 million in an attempt to post a profit in the company's books.

Adria later recovered those rights, after it took over the Maltese company in early 2019.
