NLB Bank Offers NLB Pay Digital Wallet to Clients

NLB Bank has enabled its clients to use a new service, NLB Pay digital wallet, which enables easier and simpler payment at points of sale. Instead of using cards or cash, NLB Bank users can now pay with their mobile phones.

The app is available at the Google Play Store, and after it is downloaded, the user needs to enter identification data, including the phone number, to which a message is sent containing the activation code. The user then chooses the password, logs in and links the digital wallet with the card of their choice.

Vlastimir Vukovic, a member of the Executive Board of NLB Bank, believes that the NLB Pay digital wallet will be widely accepted, primarily thanks to how practical and easy to use it is.

– I no longer have to think about whether I've taken my wallet or whether I have cash or cards in it. It's enough to have my phone when I'm in a store. I just put it up against the POS terminal and the purchase is made. I am sure that the digital wallet is the quickest and most efficient manner of payment, and considering that most of us constantly carry our phones with us, it is certainly also the most practical one – Vukovic added.
