Total of 23 exhibitions at Novi Sad Fair in 2010

The CEO of the Novi Sad Fair, Goran Vasić, said on January 20th, 2010, that 23 exhibitions would be held at the Novi Sad Fair in 2010 and that two manifestations would be organized for the first time.

Vasić said at the press conference that the most important manifestation in 2010 would be the 77th International Agricultural Fair, which would be held between May 15 and 22.

- We expect big number of farmers, entrepreneurs and experts from the whole region to visit the Fair this year, as well as larger number of exhibitors from Hungary - said Vasić and added that the Novi Sad Fair would promote the Agricultural Fair in the countries of the region at the beginning of February.

New manifestations are International Fair of Video and Photo Equipment, which will be held between March 4 and 9, at the same time as the Book Fair, and the First Horse Fair, the unique manifestation in the region, which should be held in early October.

Speaking of the business results in 2009, the CEO of the Novi Sad Fair said that the company, in spite of the difficult business conditions at the time of the economic crisis, had finished the year with profit.

- I would be more relaxed if we did not have to pay the installment of 1m EUR for the loan for construction of Master Center, which we will be paying prior to 2017 - said Vasić and added that his predecessor had left him with many challenges.

Vasić said that one of the problems of the Novi Sad Feir was excessive number of workers since it had 213 employees at the moment.

The first exhibition that will be organized at the Novi Sad Fair in 2010 will be the International Fair of Education "Guidelines", between February 18 and 20.
