The bidders found the parcel in Zemun, in Slavonska Street, of 1,427 square meters, the most interesting. There were 17 bidders competing, said Goran Vesic, the deputy mayor of Belgrade.
It was bought by the Belgrade-based company Visokogradnja Inzenjering for RSD 85 million, which was ready to pay RSD 54.5 million more than the initial price. The great interest in this location is not surprising, as, according to the planning document, it allows for the construction of apartments, but also structures of compatible purposes, such as sports, education, health and culture, as well as those intended for certain business activities, Beoinfo reports.
The other two parcels, also in Zemun, are close to the Grmec factory – in the “Auto-put” industrial zone, along Milana Resetara Street. The larger parcel, of 4,576 m2, went to Kolzec Global Sticks from Belgrade, one of the three participants in the auction. The company paid RSD 73 million for the land, which is RSD 13.9 million more than its initial value.
There were eight bidders for the smaller parcel, of 2,139 square meters. The initial price was RSD 27.6 million, and it was bought by Kerametal from Novi Sad for RSD 48 million.
According to the Detailed Regulation Plan, as the Belgrade Land Development Public Agency says on its website, business facilities can be built on those parcels. They are accessed from Milana Resetara Street, through the access route which extends to the planned public road C-10, where water and sewer facilities are planned.
