Sutomore-based complex Inex Zlatna Obala for sale

The Privatization Agency has announced the sale of property and equipment of hotel-tourist complex Inex Zlatna Obala in Sutomore, in Montenegro, at the starting price of 16.1m EUR.

Inex Zlatna Obala, which was unsuccessfully offered for sale several times, comprises 64 tourist facilities, 47 of which are bungalows at total surface of 13,892 square meters, and a garage at 405 square meters.

The buildings are located at more than 3.5 ha of land, along with junctions, parking lots, pedestrian paths, electricity and sewerage installations.

The property is offered for sale without debts, and the buyer will be obliged to accept the basic social program and permanently employ 60 workers of that complex.

The deadline for submission of applications for participation in auction for sale Inex Zlatna Obala, with the banking guarantee of 3.2m EUR, is March 11th. The auction will be held on March 19th in the premises of the Privatization Agency in Belgrade.

The Agency made the decision in February 2008 on the restructuring of Holding company Inex Interexport, which also comprises Inex's tourist facilities on Brezovica mountain and in Sutomore.
