Third Attempt to Sell Zlatar Spa Complex – Initial Price EUR 2.3 Million

The Property Directorate and the Pension and Disability Fund (PDF) of the Republic of Serbia have announced the sale of Zlatar spa complex in Nova Varos which has been closed for years.

The subject of the sale is the property of the spa complex consisting of the facility for prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of cardiovascular diseases which covers the area of 12,298 m2 and additional nine healthcare business premises with the area ranging from 260 to 3,120 m2.

PDF owns the aforementioned property. The package deal includes nine land parcels, the largest of which covers the area of 2.6 ha.

The initial price of the complex is EUR 2.3 million. When the spa complex was first put up for sale in October 2019 its price was EUR 3.9 million and the price in the second attempt at sale at the end of the year was EUR 3.1 million.

The ad notes that the property is sold as seen through a public collection of bids. The deadline for submitting bids is July 9, 2020.
