Air Serbia will renew the air travel on its Italy routes with the Belgrade – Milan flight on July 1.

The flights to Rome will come back on July 2 and Venice flights will be back on Serbian carrier flight schedule a day later, the company said.

Air Serbia will organize air service to Milan and Rome every day. Venice flights will take place three times a week with gradual increase in flight frequency.

Air Serbia will be the first carrier to reestablish flights to Italy once all the restrictions are lifted.

– We are happy to be able to renew airlines to Italy, traditionally one of the most important markets for Serbia due to many factors which connect the two countries including strong economic cooperation, tourism, diaspora and trade, said the CEO of Air Serbia, Duncan Naysmith.

When the flight capacity reaches its maximum. the national carrier will provide a good network of connections from Italy to Belgrade and further to Bucharest, Dubrovnik, Istanbul, Kiev, Larnaca, Podgorica, Sarajevo, Skopje, Sofia, Split, Tel Aviv, Tivat and other cities, the company added.
