Belgrade Company Holdco Two New Owner of Property of M.C.I. Shipyard from Novi Becej

The Belgrade-based company Holdco Two is the new owner of the property of the M.C.I. shipyard from Novi Becej, as announced by the bankruptcy supervisor, Slobodan Sudarov.

As the sales and purchase price has been paid in full, this company from Belgrade, which provides financial services, has become the owner of the management building, side facilities and the shipyard's slipway, all located in the New Becej Industrial Zone.

Let us remind that, in June, the bankruptcy supervisor advertised the sale of the movable and immovable property of Brodogradiliste M.C.I. in bankruptcy from Novi Becej, through the method of public bidding, at the initial price of RSD 9.6 million.
