Porsche is going to buy 10.26% of stocks of Volkswagen. Its intention is to buy another 20% in order to save VW from the foreign buyers. Also, that would make Porsche majority owner. At this moment, Province of Lower Saxony is the second in percentage of ownership of stocks with 18.2%;
