Factory of IMK 14. oktobar in Brus up for Sale – Initial Price RSD 51.24 Million

The Krusevac-based company Industrija masina i komponenata IMK 14. oktobar in bankruptcy has advertised the sale of 10 facilities of the former production complex in Brus and the accompanying movable property.

The offer includes the production hall with the administrative section and an annex, the compressor station and the substation, the acetylene station, two guardhouses, two indoor storage spaces, one warehouse and several outdoor storage spaces and internal traffic routes.

The movable property consists of basic resources, tools, small inventory and supplies.

The property is to be sold through public bidding, and the initial price is RSD 51.24 million.

The public bidding is scheduled for August 27, 2020, at 11 am, at the premises of the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency.
