Property of "liquidated" Serbia’s banks in Montenegro for sale
Deposit Insurance Agency of Serbia has announced sale of property of former Serbian banks in Montenegro, which are in bankruptcy.
The Agency has announced the sale of about €1m worth of facilities of Investbanka in Podgorica and Bar, whereas it offered starting price of €300,000 and €123,000 for property of Jugobanka in Tivat and Herceg Novi. The property of Jugobanka in Kotor, on surface of 650 square meters, is for sale for €766,000, but one third of that facility is not registered. Facility of 230 square meters in Herceg Novi, the property of Beobanka, is also offered for sale at price of €253,000. The offers can be delivered prior to November 17 at 4PM, while the opening of bids will take place on November 24 at 12 AM in the premises of Beobanka in Belgrade.
