Public Session on Detailed Regulation Plan of Kosancicev Venac Postponed

The Secretariat for Urban Planning and Construction of the City Administration of Belgrade has reached the decision to postpone the public session regarding the Draft Amendments to the Detailed Regulation Plan of the Kosancicev Venac spatial unit for a part of the block bordered by Karadjordjeva, Velike Stepenice and Kosancicev Venac streets.

– Considering the public's interest in the planning solution and the current epidemiology situation and the fact that, in the meantime, the planning solutions needs to be analyzed and checked one more time so as to gain full insight into all the changes that will occur in this space with the construction of the planned structures, the public discussion upon the public review of the Draft Amendments to the Detailed Regulation Plan of the Kosancicev Venac spatial unit for a part of the block between Karadjordjeva, Velike Stepenice and Kosancicev Venac streets, in the Urban Municipality of Stari Grad, scheduled for August 27, 2020, is postponed indefinitely – the announcement says.

It is added that the time and the place of the public session will be subsequently announced in daily newspapers.
