AirBaltic launches flight to Riga on May 5th
- Latvian national air transportation company AirBaltic is going to launch a regular low-cost flight on Belgrade-Riga route on May 5th. The airliner will be flying on that route four times a week - Belgrade-based Airport Nikola Tesla announced.
After the first flight, on May 5th, the flights will be on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, and airplanes boeing 737-500 will be used for them. The airplane is schedulled to land on the runway in Belgrade at 1.10 PM, while the departure for Riga is at 1.50 PM.
Passengers on these flights will have to pay additionally for a meal on the plane and transportation of luggage, and they will be able to travel from the airport in Riga to about 20 cities in Scandinavian countries and large number of cities in former Soviet republics.
