Arrival of Investors to Ivanjica Announced – Plan to Employ 600 Workers in Next Two Years

The president of the municipality of Ivanjica, Momcilo Mitrovic, has announced the arrival of new investors to this municipality, which will create more than 600 jobs.

– New investors are arriving to the old carpet factory, in the premises of Darex, also in Javor, where a jumbo bag factory should open, the arrival of an Italian company, which currently has 10-15 workers, and the plan is to employ 300 women to sew the bags. It's still in the development process of those companies, but, depending on the dynamics, they plan to employ more than 600 people in the municipality of Ivanjica in the next two years – Mitrovic said.
