Loznica factory Nelly to expand business – Two-storey retail facility being built, investment worth RSD 32 million

(Illustration) Loznica-based Nelly confectionery factory will build a retail facility in that city with a net area of 932 m2. The Department for Planning and Construction of the City of Loznica has issued a building permit to the company for the building in Jovana Cvijica Street.

As per project design, the retail facility will consist of the basement, ground floor and first floor and will be built on a 369 m2 land parcel whereas the land under the facility will cover 362.74 m2.

The basement will feature an underground garage with 11 parking places whereas the ground and first floors are designed for a sales store with the area of 508.63 m2.

The estimated value of the facility is RSD 32,028,750 without VAT.

Nelly confectionery company manufactures confectionery products since 2007. In 2017 they built a production facility of over 8,000 m2 and in 2018 they opened the first chocolate house in Belgrade.
