Telekom Srbija to issue 2.35 million corporate bonds – Application deadline is 30 days

The Shareholders Assembly of Telekom Serbia has reached a decision to issue 2.35 million corporate bonds with a total nominal value of RSD 23.5 million, with the value of individual bond of RSD 10,000.

The notice on Telekom website state that the bonds are issued without publishing a prospectus, under terms defined in the decision, in dematerialized form.

The bonds are issued for qualified investors, in order to finance business needs, including existing debts and improving business activities.

The bonds have a due date of five years and a coupon interest rate of three-month BELIBOR plus 2.95 percentage points a year.
