Unfinished Building in Palic and 82 Hectares of Land of Azotara Subotica Offered for RSD 99.8 Million

The property of Azotara Subotica in bankruptcy, consisting of land and a residential-office building, has been put up for sale at the total price of RSD 99.8 million, the bankruptcy supervisor announced.

The initial price for several pieces of farmland, meadows, forests and swamps, taking up over 82 hectares, is RSD 48 million.

The unfinished residential-office building on 477 square meters in Palic is offered for RSD 51.7 million.

The public bidding for the property of Azotara Subotica, which is being offered for the first time, is scheduled for October 26.
