Zlatar Spa Complex in Nova Varos up for Sale Again

The Property Directorate of the Republic of Serbia and the National Health Insurance Fund today offered the Zlatar spa complex in Nova Varos up for sale again, at the initial price of EUR 2.3 million, as announced. This is the fourth attempt at a sale, following the termination of the ad in July.

The Zlatar spa is a complex of facilities covering a total of almost 12.3 thousand square meters and is meant for prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases, as well as rehabilitation. It also includes over 11 hectares of land.

Bids may be submitted until October 26.

Let us remind that, in June 2020, the complex was offered at the same initial price of EUR 2.3 million.

When the spa was first put up for sale in October 2019, the price was EUR 3.9 million, and at the second attempt at a sale, in late 2019, the initial price was EUR 3.1 million.
