Ada Ciganlija to Get Padel Tennis Court – Location Lease Tender in Progress

The PE Ada Ciganlija has advertised the lease of a location for the setting up of new sports and recreation features at the popular resort and swimming location in Belgrade.

The location is meant for the setting up of a court for padel tennis, an increasingly popular sport globally.

The locations is to be leased through the collection of written bids, and eligible participants are natural and legal persons.

The initial price of the annual lease is RSD 453,600, without VAT.

Bids may be submitted by October 23.
