In addition to the looming recession and reduced sales of goods and services, organizations in the region should also be concerned about the probable drop in trust within teams and in the employee-employer relations, which can cause numerous socio-economic consequences. The organizers of Culture Impact Conference 2020, the leading regional event for management and HR in these areas, warn of this.

That is also the reason why the conference, which gathers the most advanced companies from the region and the world around the topic of organizational culture, deals with the question of trust and finding solutions for related problems primarily this year.

Culture Impact Conference 2020 takes place between November 29 and December 1, 2020, and features as many as 18 lecturers within the three-day agenda.

The program includes workshops, panel discussions, lectures and virtual socializing, considering that the conference is held online, on the Zoom platform, in line with the recommendations.

The participants will have an opportunity to hear Brian Robertson, the creator of Holacracy – a revolutionary management system which eschews traditional hierarchy, but also go through a two-hour workshop held by Sari van Poelje, an international expert on agility, innovations and leadership.

The remaining presenters come from Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia and Slovenia, so most presentations, panel discussions and workshops are to be held in languages from the former Yugoslav territory.

The full agenda is available at www.cultureimpact.rs, and tickets can be ordered at [email protected] or through GigsTix. Tickets at discount prices are available only until the end of October.

The Impact sponsors of the conference are Hooloovoo and Vega IT Sourcing, whereas the Gold sponsors are Direct Media United Solutions and Vip mobile. Media support is provided by eKapija.
