EY Company Team Grows Through the Acquisition of Technology Consulting Company Zilker

EY has globally acquired the technology consulting company Zilker. As a result of this acquisition, EY Consulting team in Belgrade is stronger by 60 new IT experts. Also, through this acquisition, EY in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro, despite the crisis, will have more than 400 employees.

Zilker Technology team has now joined EY in the USA, Serbia and India, ensuring a new approach in creative innovative technological solutions for its clients, combined with the business knowledge and practice of EY.



– It is my great pleasure that I can point out that, despite the global pandemic, EY has stuck to its vision – to strengthen and expand its team – and that, with the acquisition of Zilker Technology, it has expanded its team by 60 great IT experts in Serbia by over 300 globally. The Business Consulting sector of EY became a separate department on a global level back in 2008, and its key focus is on business transformation through the implementation of technologies and innovations. Today, over 70,000 people work at the EY Consulting sector, and in 2013, EY carried out more than 100 acquisitions directed at innovations.

The services that Zilker's team specializes in are based on a unique ability to integrate intuitive digital experience in online sales (e-commerce), as well as to manage orders and customize the user experience in order to upgrade the brand's identity. It is these abilities and insights that will help EY respond to the increased demand for these services in the global market, which is quickly changing and connecting digitally, especially in the COVID-19 context.
