General Solutions to Build Facilities in Zrenjanin Business Zone East

General Solutions plans to build facilities for the production of metal components in the Business Zone East (“Istok”) in Zrenjanin. According to the urban-architectural project, which the city has put up for public review, the company plans the construction on a parcel of around 1,600 square meters, right next to the facilities of companies Novares and ISKO.

Zone East, according to the city's website, will be located in close proximity to the bypass route around Zrenjanin, whose final section touches the zone, and a ring-road is to be built on the intersection of that road and the Zrenjanin-Lazarevo-Secanj-Vrsac route.

In the planned production facilities, General Solutions plans to produce metal components, assemblies and structures and to provide the services of packaging of all sizes for production facilities.

The investor belongs to the groups of leading companies in the field of production of metal and pre-fabrication of steel and welded components for various industries in the region. Most of what it produces is exported to the market of the European Union.

The company was founded in Zrenjanin in 2012. It operates in the leased space of the firmer carpet factory Proleter and employs 92 workers.
