Serbia and Dubai to Cooperate on Blockchain Technologies

The chambers of commerce of Serbia and Dubai will continue working on joint projects in the field of blockchain technologies, it was concluded at yesterday's online gathering of the two chambers' representatives, dedicated to this topic.

The president of the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia, Marko Cadez, said that, according to the Startup Genome report, Serbia was among the five countries in the world that are the best places for blockchain experts.

The United Arab Emirates is one of the most innovative economies of the world, where the blockchain technology is implemented in many areas of life and business, such as trade, following the supply chains, protection of documents.

As Cadez pointed out, the concept of 2021 in Dubai is something that could be complementary with what's being done in Serbia.

He said that he had talked to people from the blockchain community about how to bring this technology closer to people and use it to reduce costs and raise the productivity.
