Delta Matic plans construction of hotel in Niška Banja and on Kopaonik

Niš-based company Delta Matic plans to start construction of a hotel on Kopaonik mountain next year, while the investment in a hotel in spa resort Niška Banja is also in the pipeline.

- During the next year Delta Matic plans to start construction of a hotel on Kopaonik. The preliminary project for that facility has been elaborated by project bureau Forma Antika from Niš, while the elaboration of the main project is in progress. We have made some preliminary contacts with building companies, but we have not selected the contractor yet - Vladimir Nožica from Delta Matic told eKapija.

The plan is that the hotel be built in the location known as Pajino Preslo, across the road from Grand hotel.

- We are now working on the residential-business facility in Petra Vučinića Street in Niš. It is a four-floor building at 2,700 square meters with the apartments of various size. The facility is being built according to all standards and the price per square meter ranges between 1,100 and 1,200 EUR, depending on the method of payment. Construction is carried out under the patronage of UniCredit Bank. The deadline for completion of works is January 2011, while the majority of apartments have already been sold – says Nožica.
