Serial Production of New Domestic Air-Ground Missile Might Start in a Year

The guided air-ground missile VRVZ-200 for the Orao aircraft is being tested at the Pukovnik-pilot Milenko Pavlovic Airport in Batajnica.

In the next two years, the plan is for the modernization of Orao to continue and for these 12 panes, which will be equipped with modern devices, to be fully ready for being included in the fleet, Serbian Defense Minister Nebojsa Stefanovic said and added:

– In the upcoming period, we hope in the next 12 months, the serial production of this missile might start. Thanks to the domestic institutes and knowledge, it will be modernized and used for the equipping of our armed forces. The new air-ground missile will be one of the key items for the equipping of the modernized Orao planes.
