Construction of Stadiums in Zajecar and Leskovac to Start, Contractors for Works Worth RSD 5.8 Billion Selected – Tender for Loznica Terminated

The Office for Public Investment Management has picked the contractors for the designing and construction of the stadiums in Leskovac and Zajecar, whose total value will exceed RSD 5.8 billion, whereas the public procurement procedure for the construction of the Lagator stadium in Loznica has been terminated, because no acceptable bids have been sent.

The job of the construction of the new stadium Dubocica in Leskovac has been entrusted to the group of bidders consisting of companies AB & CO doo, GAT doo, PRO-ING doo and Tehno inženjering from Novi Sad, FMS Kvart doo Petrovac, Securiton doo Belgrade, Enterijer Moša SRB doo Novi Sad, Premijus doo Zemun, DHC Inženjering doo New Belgrade and EX BC doo Belgrade. The value of the agreement is RSD 2,465,932,800.

The stadium Kraljevica in Zajecar will be built by a group of bidders consisting of Belgrade-based companies W.D. Concord West, DBS doo, Elektrozapad doo, as well as Premer Savković doo Lazarevac, Modulor doo Belgrade, Hidro-Tan doo Belgrade, Kapa Projekt doo Niš, Preduzeće za proizvodnju, promet i usluge Frenki-alarm doo Valjevo, Dabicom CO doo Belgrade and ECO Construction doo Belgrade. The value of this agreement is RSD 3,379,200,000.

The preparation of the project for the execution of works, execution of works and preparation of the final project for the facility of the city stadium Lagator in Loznica will have to wait, because, as said, “the procuring entity determined, after the examination and the expert rating of the bids, that all the bids are unacceptable”.

As the Office for Public Investment Management said earlier for eKapija, the contractors will take possession of the site after the signing of the agreement.

Let us remind that the Office for Public Investment Management had opened a public procurement procedure for the Development of a project for the execution of works, execution of works and development of a project for the construction of facilities of city stadiums, divided into three lots. The procedure of public procurement is carried out in line with the agreement on joint execution of public procurement with the cities of Leskovac, Zajecar and Loznica.

Let us remind that the plan includes the construction of stadiums in Zajecar, Kragujevac, Loznica, Leskovac, Vranje, Kraljevo, Subotica, Novi Sad and the national Stadium in Surcin.

The construction of stadiums in other cities throughout Serbia is waiting for the finances to be secured.

– The public procurement procedures for the stadiums in other local self-government units will be initiated when the necessary funds are secured, in line with the liquidity of the budget of the Republic of Serbia – the Office told our portal earlier.
