Azotara Pancevo Put up for Sale – Initial Price RSD 5.8 Billion

The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency has put HIP Azotara Pancevo up for sale through the method of public bidding, at the initial price of around RSD 5.8 billion.

Azotara is being sold as a legal entity, and the most important property consists of the complex of the artificial fertilizer and nitrogen compound factory in Pancevo, comprising production, storage, administrative, infrastructural and auxiliary buildings, facilities and equipment.

Movable property, that is, equipment, mechanization, receivables and materials stock, are also part of the offer.

Azotara has been in bankruptcy since September 2018.
