Oasis of peace and comfort - construction of elite residential-business complex at 25,000 square meters in vicinity of Old Colony in Kragujevac

Construction of a modern residential-business complex at 25,000 square meters is about to start in one of the most attractive locations in Kragujevac, which is only about ten minutes away from the main pedestrian zone if you walk. Global Colony complex, which will receive its first tenants next year, will be surrounded by central city junctions (Kraljice Marije Boulevard, Andre Marinkovića Street, Đenerala Terzibašića Street and Sretenjskog Ustava Street), but it will also be protected from the city noise. This oasis of peace and comfort, as described by investor Global Finance, will be situated in vicinity of famous residential zone Old Colony (Stara Kolonija in Serbian), only few minutes away from primary and secondary schools and kindergartens, Memorial Park Šumarice, the city Hippodrome and future Plaza Shopping Center. The author of the project is graduate architect Sanjin Grbić.

Global Colony (Global Kolonija in Serbian), the works on which will commence in two months, will comprise modern housing units with retail space on the ground floor, at total surface of 1,200 square meters, which will be perfect for catering and retail businesses. According to Multicon Engineering's project solution, the housing units will be one-room, two-room, three-room and four-room apartments, as well as penthouses. The surface of one-room apartments will range between 35 and 45 square meters, two-room apartments will occupy between 45 and 65 sqm, the size of three-room apartments will range from 65 to 85 sqm, while four-room apartments will be 90 square meters big. The projected surface for penthouses is about 101 sqm, but all the apartments can also be adapted to the needs of future tenants.

The main characteristics of all apartments will be top-quality finishing works, up-to-date materials and first-class equipment. Modern organization of apartments provides highly functional solutions, rational use of space and various concept of apartments, as well as the possibility of structural solutions at the request of buyers.

Future tenants of the complex will also have at their disposal an indoor parking lot with about 230 parking places, each of which will be of the standard size of 12.5 square meters.
