British Vodafone in Montenegro ?

The Telecommunications Agency of Montenegro announced that it intended to announce tender for another mobile telephony operator in the first half of 2006. The most serious candidate is Vodafone. There are already to mobile telephony operators in Montenegro: Promonte (the owner is Telenor Norway) and Monet (part of Telekom Montenegro, which has recently been bought by Hungarian Matav, part of Deutsche Telekom group).

By the way, the statistics show that Montenegro has more mobile telephony subscribers than citizens.
