Vlastimir Vukovic New Executive Board Chairman at Komercijalna Banka

Vlastimir Vukovic has been appointed new chairman of the Executive Board of Komercijalna Banka Beograd, as announced yesterday following the first session of the new Managing Board of the bank.

Since the end of December 2020, Komercijalna Banka has been owned by the Slovenian NLB Group.

Vukovic used to be a member of the Executive Board of NLB Bank in Belgrade. Until he assumes his new position, following the obtainment of the necessary approvals from the regulatory bodies, he will work as an adviser in the Executive Board of Komercijalna Banka.

The current chairman of the Executive Board of Komercijalna Banka, Vladimir Medan, said that he was sure that the bank’s operations would be boosted through its joining NLB Group.

The chairman of the Managing Board of Komercijalna Banka, Archibald Kremser, said that “the goal is not just for Komercijalna Banka to be the leading bank in Serbia, but also for NLB to be the leading banking group in the region”.
