Spain’s aid for construction of roads - €45m

According to the words of State Secretary, Vlatko Sekulović, Spanish businessmen are interested in investment in infrastructure of Serbia, as well as in participation in privatization and exploitation of renewable energy sources.

The biggest interest was show by members of Spanish Association of Industrial Workers, as well as representatives of the second biggest bank in Spain - Banco de Bilbao ( www.bbva.es ).

Concrete projects that have been discussed are construction of Horgoš-Požega highway and reconstruction of railways. For that purpose Spain wants to use part of World Bank’s credit for SCG in amount of €45m.
