Sloboda AD Cacak Buys Part of Property of Sloboda Aparati for RSD 47.5 Million

Sloboda AD from Cacak has bought a part of the property of Sloboda Aparati in bankruptcy for RSD 47.5 million, the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency announced. The property was bought at the initial price and is located in the village of Pridvorica.

The complex consists of building land on slightly under 5 hectares, 9 buildings, equipment and the stock.

Another four lots were offered at the auction, and the sale of three of them was pronounced unsuccessful.

Let us remind that the sale of Sloboda Aparati was advertised in early January, when eight lots were offered, among them an outlet in Novi Sad, a two-room apartment in Cacak and vehicles.
