The long since announced construction of a new court building in Novi Sad should start soon, and the EU Delegation to Serbia has opened the tender for contractors.

The new Palace of Justice will consist of two underground levels and seven floors (including the ground floor). The construction of an underground garage in the rear part of the parcel is also planned. The garage is to be fully covered and have a green roof.

The total net area of the facility is 8,717.08 m2 and the gross area is 10,578.74 m2. The planned number of parking spaces within the underground garage is 53.

Bids may be submitted by May 5, 2021, and more details can be found HERE.

As announced earlier, the parcel on which the facility is to be built was provided by the City of Novi Sad. It is located on the corner of the Maksima Gorkog and Strazilovska streets.

The construction of the new Palace of Justice is financed from the EU funds.
