New Grandiose Project by Draskovic – Complex Worth Hundreds of Million of Convertible Marks for 25,000 Residents to be Raised in Trebinje

In Drazenska Gora, right next to the Aqua Park complex and Bijeli Grad, a new settlement is being raised – the biggest project in Herzegovina so far, worth hundreds of millions of convertible marks.

The idea of Rodoljub Draskovic was put to paper and, together with the biggest investor in Herzegovina, designed by the best architects. The complex, the construction of which is supposed to start soon, will be unique in Europe.

This amounts to a whole town for 25,000 residents, where the highest modern standards of living will be secured.

The town’s core, in the first phase, consists of over 3,000 luxury units. The city is filled with parks, flower gardens, orchards, green areas with the Mediterranean horticulture, trim tracks, cycling lanes, promenades, lakes and other features that aim to make this complex the most desirable place in Europe to live in.

In this comfortable living complex, all the garages and infrastructure are located on underground levels.

The town center features a luxury apartment hotel, providing a unique view to the wider Trebinje area. A botanic garden with fountains is located in the hotel’s atrium, from where panoramic elevators lead to office or residential floors, or to the roof balcony, featuring a heliport.
