Zdravljak, Turist and Coka Facilities in Sokobanja Put up for Sale

Hotels Zdravljak and Turist and restaurant Coka in Sokobanja have been put up for sale at an initial price of RSD 568 million, announced the bankruptcy supervisors of companies Lepterija and Komgrap.

Hotel Zdravljak is jointly owned by those two companies, whereas Turist and Coka are owned by Lepterija.

This hotel-hospitality real estate package in Sokobanja is being sold as a single lot, including the movable property.

The deposit for taking part in the public bidding, which is scheduled for May 13, is RSD 227.2 million.

Komgrap has been in bankruptcy since 2017, and Lepterija since 2015.
