Company Gradjevinsko industrijski kombinat 1. maj Backa Topola with Property in B&H up for Sale

The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency has advertised the sale of the company Holding preduzece gradjevinsko industrijski kombinat 1. maj Backa Topola as a legal entity, at the initial price of RSD 104.3 million.

The most important property of the company consists of disputed rights of ownership on several cadaster parcels in the Municipality of Siroki Brijeg in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The property has been treated through two administrative lawsuits for a repeal of the decision that 1. Maj has against Bosnia and Herzegovina.

A part of the property is the administrative lawsuit due to the silence of the administration of the Siroki Brijeg cadaster, as well as the lawsuit against B& H and the Federation of B&H over the share in the business entity Istrazivacki i tehnoloski centar Novi Sad (IIS-ITC), as well as the Free Customs Zone Novi Sad.

The public bidding will be held on April 26, 2021.
