Construction of Complex of Indoor Pools with Outdoor Sports Courts in Futog Soon – Seeking Designer

The City Administration for Building Land and Investments of Novi Sad has opened the tender for the preparation of the technical documentation for a sports complex in Futog.

The subject of the public procurement is the preliminary design and the feasibility study for the construction of a sports center complex with an indoor pool and outdoor sports courts, as well as a full landscaping and the construction of a tourist-hospitality facility, in addition to the existing, developed sports court.

According to the tendering documentation, the construction of a facility for hospitality features and accommodation capacities is planned next, as is the construction of an Olympic pool and a small pool for children, outdoor sports courts for tennis, basketball and volleyball, outdoor gyms, children’s playgrounds and pedestrian lanes.

The tender is open until June 8.
