Coreside Savills Exclusive Representative for Lease of Office Space on the Corner of Vuka Karadzica and Kneza Mihaila Streets

Real estate consultancy Coreside, a member of the prestigious international group Savills PLC, is the exclusive representative for the lease of office space in the building known as the former Rudnap building, at 6 Vuka Karadzica Street, on the very corner with Kneza Mihaila Street.

The completion of the works on a thorough reconstruction of the new building is planned for May 2022. The smallest lease unit is 258 m2, of the total area of 2,000 m2.

The offer of high-quality office space is a fast-growing market segment in the past ten years, and especially in the past three years, which has contributed to the growth of demand and the arrival of numerous companies. In early 2021, Belgrade exceeded a million square meters of office space, and by the end of next year, there will be an additional 280,000 m2 on offer, whether in new buildings or in reconstructed old ones, as shown by an analysis done by Coreside.
