Kavim-Jedinstvo Vranje Wants Full Ownership Over Kavim-Raska

Kavim-Jedinstvo Vranje has offered the takeover of the remaining shares of Kavim-Raska, and the price per share is RSD 205.

Kavim-Jedinstvo is the owner of more than 85% shares of Kavim-Raska, and through the offer, which will last for 21 days, it wants to become the owner of the remaining 14.67% shares.

In Serbia, in addition to Kavim in Raska and Vranje, Kavim Public Transportation International from Israel is also the majority owner of Autoprevoz Cacak and Sandzaktrans Novi Pazar, as well as the company Kavim Srbija, which manages the member-companies in Serbia.
