Zlatara Majdanpek Put up for Sale for RSD 130 Million

The Commercial Court in Zajecar has adopted the decision on the sale of Industrija za preradu Majdanpek d.o.o. in bankruptcy, whose most important property consists of Zlatara Majdanpek. The estimated value amounts to RSD 259.4 million, and the initial price at the public bidding is slightly lower than RSD 130 million.

The offer includes facilities “Nakit i kovanice”, “Ukrasni proizvodi”, “Hemija i metalurgija”, “Centralni magacin”, as well as office spaces in Belgrade, Pozarevac, Bor, Valjevo, Zajecar and Nis. An apartment in New Belgrade is also up for sale.

The deposit for participation in the public bidding is RSD 51.9 million.

The public bidding will be held on October 5, 2021.
