Construction of "Belgrade Office Park" worth €13m

Company "TM Immo" Ltd. will lay a cornerstone for business facility "Belgrade Office Park" in 21 Omladinskih brigada Street in Novi Beograd today at noon. The manifestation will take place in presence of Željko Ožegović, mayor of Novi Beograd, Markus Ferstl, manager of Hypo Alpe Adria bank and Gerhart Mahler, president of German company "Mahler Group".
Construction of this facility will be carried out in two phases. The first phase of works will include construction of 9.500 square meters, 8,400 square meters of which are reserved for office space, whereas the remaining 1,100 square meters will be occupied by modern warehouse. There will be 125 garage places and 150 parking places within facility. The general contractor will be "Partner Inženjering". The value of total investment is €13m. The plan is that the first phase of works lasts for 18 months.
