Ministry looking for an advisor for the construction of Serbian-Chinese industrial park in Borca
- Due to the specific organization of industrial parks, and the fact that the project of Serbian-Chinese Industrial Park "Mihajlo Pupin" is located near the Belgrade urban zone, the bidder is obliged to support the development of a conceptual solution that will allow manufacturers to more easily implement measures to reduce emissions pollution in relation to independent factory complexes, incentivize the populace to settle near the park and their workplaces, and to ensure the formation of project manager's positive attitude towards green industry, circular economy, alternative environmental solutions and reduction of environmental pollution. The documentation also states that these activities should help form an affirmative attitude of the community towards the concept of the industrial park.
Additionally, the bidder is obliged to monitor all activities during the development and implementation of the project, participate in the development of the project activity plan, define deadlines for the implementation of activities and monitors their implementation, advise in the process of scheduling responsibilities within the project team, advise the coordination of work and execution of tasks, control the completion of project objectives, and correct the irregularities.
The deadline for bid submition is September 16.
The development project for basic infrastructure leading to the park area should start soon, and, after the completed public procurement procedure, this job was entrusted to a group of bidders consisting of the following companies from Belgrade: Jaroslav Cerni Institute for Water Management, CEP doo, Montprojekt doo and Novius doo.
