Completion of Construction of Schiebel Factory in Jagodina Expected in December

The Austrian company Schiebel is building a factory of actuators and electrical-mechanical elements for refineries and nuclear power plants at an accelerated pace in Jagodina.

The works are going as planned, the workers at the construction site stated for Tanjug.

The construction of the factory in the Industrial Zone in Italijanska Street began in June, and, according to the plan, it should be completed in December 2021.

The business space area is 1,300 m2, and the value of the investment is over EUR 1 million.

There are numerous workers and heavy machines and trucks at the construction site, as well as large amounts of construction materials.

When it is completed, it will initially employ 25 workers, and then, later, up to 100 workers.

The company is owned by Klaus Schiebel from Vienna. It produces electrical and mechanical components for refineries and nuclear power plants, mostly actuators – transformers, which it sells in nearly all countries of the world.

They have three partners in EU states and seven in the rest of the world. In their factory in Vienna, where everything is automated, they employ 120 workers.
