Belgrade-Based Company Karnak Buys Zlatara Majdanpek

The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency announced today that the Belgrade-based company Karnak Plus Construction had bought Industrija za preradu Majdanpek d.o.o. in bankruptcy for RSD 185 million.

The initial price of Industrija za preradu Majdanpek at the public bidding was RSD 129.7 million.

The most important property of the company consists of Zlatara Majdanpek, and the offer includes the jewelry’s facilities for jewelry and mints, decorative products, chemical and metallurgy facilities, the central warehouse, the Megaplast factory organizational unit and office spaces in Belgrade, Pozarevac, Bor, Valjevo, Zajecar and Nis, but also an apartment in New Belgrade.
