Pharmaceutical Factory Habit Farm in Prilike Near Ivanjica Gets New Owner – Planning to Launch Production as Soon as Possible

The pharmaceutical factory Habit Farm in Prilike near Ivanjica finally has a new owner. It has been bought out of the fund which had a mortgage over the factory by Dragan Lukic from Belgrade, who plans to revive it as soon as possible.

Lukic said that around 60% of the old highly qualified workers, who are familiar with the production process, would return to the factory, which will be of great importance, as it will allow them to start at full capacity.

– This privatization is of huge importance for the municipality of Ivanjica – pointed out the president of the municipality, Momcilo Mitrovic, who attended the first work meeting at the factory.

That the plans are serious is also shown by the visit of a delegation of the Association of the Russian Pharmaceutical Manufacturers, with whom the new owner, with the presence of the local self-government, talked about cooperation and the quickest possible revival of the once prestigious pharmaceutical factory in Serbia.
