Industrial Zone to be Built Instead of Flea Market in Vrsac

The City of Vrsac has put the amendment to the general urban plan of Vrsac for the flea market area in that city up for an early public review.

The total area of the location is 42 ares and 88 square meters.

As said, according to the plan amendment, the zone which belonged to the complex of the market and other municipal areas now belong to the zone of small businesses and tertiary activities.

The concept of a business zone entails a space meant for economic activities, that is, activities such as industry, production crafts, storage.

As said, industries with large spatial requirements and a large volume of transport, as well as capacities which are not compatible with residential functions and functions of a settlement center from the aspect of environmental protection will be located within the business zone.
