Obrenovac to Get Aqua Park in June 2022

The beginning of the realization of the project of the construction of a new aqua park within the complex of Obrenovac pools has been announced. The new aqua park will be attractive, both for older people and for younger users of pools. The preparation of the full project-technical documentation is in progress, following which the preparatory works are to be done on site, whereas the planned construction deadline period is 320 days.

The construction works are to be done by Alex Engineering & Construction d.o.o., which is hired for the construction of numerous sports facilities and large pools throughout Serbia, as announced on the website of the City Municipality of Obrenovac.

Ljiljana Obradovic, a representative of Alex Engineering & Construction, has pointed out that the construction of the new aqua park would round up the unit made up by the existing facilities.

The director of the Public Enterprise Sports and Cultural Center Obrenovac, Ivan Jegorovic, emphasized on this occasion that the works would be completed within the planned deadlines.

– In June 2022, the people of Obrenovac will get a wonderful aqua park, which will be the pride of us all. We will have something that hasn’t been seen in Serbia before. We are trying to make something unique, and I believe that both the older fellow citizens and children will enjoy the new aqua park – Jegorovic pointed out and added that three large waterslides would be built within the new aqua park.
