Sea fruits and baked beans - IN Hotel introduced Sunday buffet brunch

Brunch, an old American product that has merged, in the shortened version, breakfast and lunch, has "sailed" into hotels in the capital city. Guests like such buffet concept because they choose for themselves how much food they want on their plates. Service is very quick and there is no usual waiting for the waiter to bring the ordered food.

IN Hotel in Belgrade has introduced the Sunday buffet brunch that includes various specialties - the masterpiece of chef Aleksandar Trajkovic.

The menu includes hot and cold appetizers, salads, soups, macrobiotics, traditional Serbian food, delicacies.

- Our offer comprises food from all cuisines of the world. Guests will be able to try ham, smoked ham, paprika-flavored sausage (kulen), few types of cheese, homemade chicken soup, pottage, Caesar salad, chicken salad, sea fruits, pasta salad with cuttlefish ink, tuna salad, salty roll, lasagna, pork neck in special sauce, homemade cheese pie, grilled vegetables with sesame, various delicacies such as classical cheesecake and IN cheesecake, cherry pie, fruit kebabs. There will also be various spices, pumpkin seeds, fried corn, various types of spreads - the chef lists the meals in an effort to enumerate the contents of the buffet.

He can not remember all the details, but what he claims with certainty is that the offer will be different every Sunday and that it will be more imaginative every time.

He is also sure that guests will never leave the hotel hungry.

- The point is that guests choose our Sunday brunch because of the variety of food, the meals they have never tried before, various combination of ingredients, unusual fruits, vegetables, spices. Guests will always enjoy the wealth of colors, flavors and smells.

Aleksandar Trajkovic is going to apply his cooking experience gained in London, Vienna, Amsterdam and Budapest to the Sunday brunch in IN Hotel.

Already this Sunday, and every next Sunday as well, guests will be able to enjoy their meals at IN Hotel's INfusion restaurant from the noon to 6 PM at the price of RSD 1,100. The youngest guests, up to nine years old, get the lunch for free.
